This list is just my opinion and what I am using for my timeline. It is by no means the "right" way of doing things.

Make a list of potential law schools


July

Start Practicing for the LSAT
        Sign up for the LSAC and CAS
        Start Rough Drafts of Personal Statement and Resume



August 

Finish Rough Draft of Personal Statement and Resume and ask for critiques
Request Transcripts
Ask professors for recommendation letters
Meet with law advisor
Sign up for LSAT
Visit Schools you might want to attend
Attend law school Forum
Research Schools


September 

Take the LSAT
Finish Personal Statement
Visit Schools
Attend a Law School Forum
Look up Scholarships and Financial Aids


October

Take the LSAT
Start applying to Law Schools
Get LSAT Scores back


November

Get LSAT Scores back
Look up Scholarship and Financial Aid Information and apply
Finish Applying to law schools by thanksgiving


December

Retake LSAT if needed
Finalize and Submit Applications


January

Finalize and Submit Applications for Financial Aid and Scholarships
Fill out the FAFSA
Submit Updated Transcripts

Evaluate Acceptance Letters/Waitlists

Visit Law Schools you've been accepted to
